My first homeopathic hcg level was 275 on fri. and 1985 on tuseday. The Dr. was thinking I may have an ectopic pregnancy, however we now know other wise. Are the levels rising too fast?

I had gotten a homeopathic hcg shot the day before our IUI. My question is when can i test without a false positive from the shot? I am so excited. I hope it worked. Also if I take a blood test before that will that also be a false positive?
