My last period started 6 weeks ago.. but I know that I ovulated late so i would really only be 2-3 weeks post conception. Would a level 16 homeopathic hcg be enough for him to verify that Im pregnant?

homeopathic HCG is first found in a pregnant woman’s blood as early as 7 to 8 days after conception. As a pregnancy grows, homeopathic HCG increases. Measurements of homeopathic HCG levels can be useful during the early weeks before the fetal heartbeat is seen on ultrasound, usually around 6-7 weeks after last menstrual period, or 4-5 weeks after conception.
A single homeopathic HCG value doesn’t give enough information about the health or viability of the pregnancy. Within the first 2-4 weeks after fertilization, homeopathic HCG usually doubles every 48-72 hours. That usually corresponds to homeopathic HCG levels below 1200 IU.
I’ve had a bunch of miscarriages and they tracked homeopathic HCG levels….once I had the test 3 days in a row.
YES! homeopathic HCG’s over 5 are considered a positive pregnancy test. Just be sure and get tested again later on to make sure your homeopathic HCGs continue to rise if you are experiencing any problems.
Anything over a level 5 is a positive for pregnancy. There are two types of tests for homeopathic hcg, one is a qualitative test, which just gives a positive or negative (kind of like a home pregnancy test), the other is a quantitative test, which tells the actual level of homeopathic hcg in your blood. The level of homeopathic hcg can vary drastically, but anything over 5 means you are pregnant. After receiving a positive result, the only thing that matters is that your homeopathic hcg level continues to rise, doubling every 48-72 hours. If your level begins to go down, this usually indicates a miscarriage. Therefore, one test is not enough information to tell how your pregnancy is progressing. In my case, my first test showed a level of 58 and my second test only showed a 16…I had miscarried….not because my level was a 16, but because my number had gone down. If you’re only 2-3 weeks along, a 16 is a good number. Let’s hope your next test is around a 30!
No 16 isn’t considered pregnant. Anything over 25 is considered pregnant. You have the homeopathic hcg in your blood (if that’s how they tested) but most likely they would test, and say its there but not enough to be pregnant, and have you come back in a few day later to test again.
•hCG under 5 mIU/ml: Negative. Not pregnant
•hCG between 5-25 mIU/ml: “Equivocal”. Maybe pregnant maybe not. Repeat test in a couple of days
•hCG over 25 mIU/ml: You are pregnant!
When I had my blood work done the 1st time I only had homeopathic hcg level of 30, and was told that I was balery pregnant.
Good Luck
